Secondary Processing Department has equipped with 2 automated production lines and a series of related facilities in clean room. Negative film, etching of steel plates which are used in "mold decoration" as well as processing of fixtures are also be fabricated by ourselves. Colorful silkscreen printing, in mold decoration, UV spray painting and EMI anti-static spraying is also done. We have 1 fully automated UV spray lines in an enclosed class 100,000 clean room. Paints we use are for various kinds of body cases, shiny UV paint , 2 combinations of UV compound for PU paint, rubber paint and leather paint etc. Major products are body of computer notebook, panel of remote control, keypad of computer notebook and telecom &. its accessories.
